Lets you choose from three different plans cover Medi - plus Basic, Medi - plus Advance and Medi - plus Premium, what better represents your own individual needs and financial capabilities.
MEDI PLUS BASIC
Medi plus Basic gives you a comprehensive in hospital care at a low cost
- Annual limit of €35,000
- Room and Board in a double room for hospitalisation in Cyprus and €85 per day for hospitalisation abroad
- 100% coverage of reasonable and customary expenses for hospitalisation in Cyprus and 85% coverage of reasonable and customary expenses for hospitalisation abroad (worldwide)
- 100% coverage only in Cyprus of reasonable and customary expenses for surgical procedure without hospitalisation (outpatient)
- 100% coverage of related pre operation diagnostic tests
- Maternity Benefit of a lump sum of €700 for Normal birth and €1150 for Caesarean Section
- Ambulance Transportation up to €175 annually
- Annual Check up (Physical Exam, ECG and Blood tests, etc)
- Emergency Medical Assistance abroad
For Medi Plus Basic maximum cover up to €30.000 for USA and Canada
MEDI PLUS ADVANCE
Medi plus Advance offers you two options from which to choose what best suits your needs.
It is addressed to persons who want to have a comprehensive cover Worldwide.
1st Option
- Annual limit of €2.000.000
- Room and Board in a single room for hospitalization in Cyprus and
- 100% of a double Room and Board Accommodation abroad
- 100% coverage of reasonable and customary expenses for hospitalisation in Cyprus and abroad (worldwide)
- 100% coverage only in Cyprus of reasonable and customary expenses for surgical procedure without hospitalisation (outpatient)
- 100% coverage of related pre operation diagnostic tests
- Maternity Benefit of a lump sum of €700 for Normal birth and €1150 for Caesarean Section
- Ambulance Transportation up to €430 annually
- Annual Check up (Physical Exam, ECG and Blood tests, etc)
- Emergency Medical Assistance abroad
- Daily hospital Allowance of €77 per night for a total of 10 days in case of free hospital treatment
2nd Option
All the above benefits but with a Deductible Amount of €850 which the Insured must first contribute in every case of claim.
The option with the Deductible Amount has a significant reduction in premium.
For Medi Plus Advance maximum cover up to €30.000 for USA and Canada.
MEDI PLUS PREMIUM
Medi plus PREMIUM offers you two options from which to choose what best suits your needs.
It is addressed to persons who want to have a comprehensive cover Worldwide.
It offers additional benefits and provides the security of a full hospital cover in case of need.
1st Option
- Annual limit of €2.000.000
- Room and Board in a single room for hospitalisation in Cyprus and
- 100% of a double Room and Board Accommodation abroad
- 100% coverage of reasonable and customary expenses for hospitalisation in Cyprus and abroad (worldwide)
- 100% coverage only in Cyprus of reasonable and customary expenses for surgical procedure without hospitalisation (outpatient)
- 100% coverage of related pre operation diagnostic tests
- Maternity Benefit of a lump sum of €700 for Normal birth and €1200 for Caesarean Section
- Ambulance Transportation up to €430 annually
- Extra Daily hospital Allowance of €52 per night for a total of 10 days.
- Out patient medical expenses incurred due to Accident up to €450 per incident
- Annual Check up (Physical Exam, ECG and Blood tests, etc)
- For insured’s above age 40, extra medical exams every two years :
- For Males an Exercise Test and for Females a Mammogram
- Emergency Medical Assistance abroad
- Daily hospital Allowance of €77 per night for a total of 10 days in case of free hospital treatment
